God has an amazing way of speaking to his people through his Holy Spirit inspired words. Throughout Scripture, we find word pictures God uses to get the attention of specific people in specific times, which we in turn can apply it to our own lives in the here-and-now. In the Book of Jeremiah chapter 18, we are given an amazing narrative that depicts God as the potter, working on his lump of clay, or his people to form and shape them into his masterpiece. Remember that we are all a work in progress and God is the one forming and shaping you into all that he has seen you become from the beginning of time.
