The Bible teaches us that three things will last forever; faith, hope, and love, and the greatest of these is love. Since God is love and he expressed his love by sending his one and only Son to come to earth on a life mission to die for all the sins of humanity on a cross, it’s pretty safe to assume that love encompasses the entire reason for existence; both in this life on earth and for eternity with God. Receiving God’s love should empower everyone who knows God to express this same love to others; after all, He commands that we share this love.
