When God intervenes in our lives by the power of the Holy Spirit, changes take place within us that are sometimes internally radical, or at times may seem subtle. One aspect of God’s intervention when we are Born Again by the Holy Spirit, is that we gain insight and become aware of the truth of Scripture that tells us that by the blood of Jesus on the cross, we have been washed from our sins and that the great exchange took place. We are no longer eternally separated from God because of our past sins. Never lose sight of the gift that was given.

The truth of God’s Word to reflect on:

“But those who fail to develop in this way are shortsighted or blind, forgetting that they have been cleansed from their old sins.”

2 Peter 1:9
