One quoted phrase that is a misconception is stated, ‘God helps those who help themselves’. The bad news for some is that nowhere in the Bible can this statement be found. The good news for many is that God always has his loving hand stretched out toward those seeking his help in time of need. This is where faith comes into the equation. You have to take action, with your faith, in order to allow God to work in and through your life. The Bible states that without faith, it is impossible to please God. So exercise your faith and take action through the power of the Holy Spirit; to accomplish in your life more than you could ever ask or think!
